dooog days are over @ 4:01 PM

i get bored real easy,
so new template's really pretty.
credits go to
Infravermelho@createblog.com

now, just gotta figure out how the "older" and "newer" links are, and how they can be linked to their respective posts. (okay, that just sounded real jumbled but w/e).
BUT MEANWHILE, to check older posts.. you can click the archive button on the right -> it's pretty isn't it? <3

p.s. yeah, the new template's name is "dog days are over". o_o

remember in my last post, i mentioned having to go to a bookstore?
well, the trip spanned over bookstores,walmart,winners,timhortons<3, and fairview library. i've returned with two huuuge bags of books & textbooks, a couple reduced 9x(literally) AE necklaces and a very caffeinated body. i'll add pictures later- right now, time to hit the books!

p.s. i really gotta resize the pictures that's making my blog look really ugly & stretched out. :(

haven't blogged in a while,
life was catching up.
watched alot like love yesterday with amanda peet and ashton kutcher(?). their chemistry was indeniable in it, too bad both are married right now :(.
days ago, DURING exams (-_-im so bad, i know), i was reading a very .. explicit fan-fic that won the full length fanfic in '08 - The Joy of Being Happy . i didn't exactly finish the story, but it made me think.. alot. not the best thing to do during exams.

don't want to make this a rant about my emotional life, but i've decided to pretend it never happened :). that's all i'm going to say for now.

but here i am, preparing to work in the summer .
mom's giving me ads of places that sell cheap books and finding places for me to take classes in the summmerrr. omoo, my summer's going to be so busy . but then, i was never one to stay home all day and do nothing- it's a good thing i guess. probably novel studies at SAT school, finish off the last two levels of AF, eClass, voluteering at the Gibson house and MAYBE some weeknights/weekends at YMCA/DSAC pluss tons of home schooling provided by my dear spazzy mother.

right, + a new updated list of books i got from my loving grade 10 + 12 friends at AF:

Wuthering Heights - Emily Bronte
Jane Ehre - Charlotte Bronte
To Kill a Mocking Bird - Harper Lee
Lord of the Flies - William _____
Pride and Prejudice - Jon Acuster(?)
A Tale of Two Cities - Charles Dickens
The Lovely Bones - Alice Sebold
Macbeth - William Shakespeare
The Life of Pi
Of Mice and Men - John Steinbook - probably the book i'll be studying @ SAT.
The Catcher in the Rye - J.P. Salinger
Animal Farm - George Orwell
Alice in WOnderland
Chronicles of a Death foretold - Marejuz(?)
Cat's eye - Margaret Atwood
Gabriel Garcia (?)

time to borrow books, buy books and study for my two exams next week (math & french = easy ftw!).

bye :D

life @ 7:29 PM

alter ego

this game is amazing.
text based judgements that lead you through life from when you were born to when you die.
addicting-yes.

sims three came out :)
everything looks so cool.
too bad my computer's specs are too low to play it, so i'm going to have to stay with my sims 2 FO NOW.

i also got a sim friend :)
it's this cool feature that sims 3 is using to promote their new game.
basically, she emails me for advice 2-3 (depending on the frequency i set it at) times a day. just started today, seems pretty darn cool. virtual reality man!

here's the first email she sent me:

Hey there Celeste ,

This is Osanna Bauerle, your new SimFriend. I wanted to send a quick email to say hello and let you know that I am really happy that we are going to be corresponding. It will be nice to have a friend who can help me make decisions about my relationships, career, and other stuff.

I will write again soon!

'Til then,
Osanna Bauerle

Still waiting for the second :!
maybe i'll go play a bit of sims, real life has been a tad depressing these days.
i calculated that it'd need at least 90-100% on my english final exam ( if it's worth 15% of total mark) to be able to get an EIGHTY average. i mean, how sad is that? idkidk. T_T

90000000000000.
byeguys.
-a very worried and scared rui.
